Medicine is probably the most forgotten non PC-98 character, in my opinion... she's still cool, though.

Nah, they're often associated with Cirno, see, so those two along with Mystia and the ninball herself are often known as the Nine Squad altogether. Medicine isn't often linked with other characters, unless you count Alice, and anyway, Alice seems to spent more time around a certain black-white magician.

There isn't really a true relationship between them, but because Medicine is hard to put around everyone else, she's often seen in fan works with Yuuka or, as already stated, Alice.
