It is incredibly hard for me to pick my "favorite" sith, because so many of them are awesome. Ive been trying to decide on a favorite for years now, and I still dont really know. If I had to choose one, it would be Darth Bane or Naga Sadow. Marka Ragnos was great too, considered to be the most powerful of his time. In short, most sith are interesting. So hard to choose.

He consumed a planet in a much more powerful way than Darth Nihilus ever did; and was also capable of corrupting entire systems. He mastered all lightsaber forms, was ambi-dexterous in combat.. and was a master of Sith Alchemy and manipulation and was well adept in Lightning.

@disepter12356789999 Novels state Yoda wasn't even close to defeating him. Novels, which possess canonicity not shown in the movels, show that Palpatine didn't view the Rebellion as a threat. He thought they were a Joke. The EP3 Novel states that Yoda knew he was going to lose against Sidious because Sidious was too powerful ~ The whole fight Yoda is being toyed with and Sidious is unveiling small measures of his true power - he wasn't even going all out.

@disepter12356789999 Palpatine knew that Vader was going to betray him as well. It's called arrogance, which all the Sith have. Revan was never capable of Wormholes and Teleportation which Palpatine was, nor was he able to consume and corrupt entire planets. Nihilus could consume planets, but the power was controlling him -- not the other way around. Palpatine had full control over this Palpatine, thus making Nihilus weaker. The Jedi Exile is canonically a Jedi, so she doesn't count.

Nihilus would destroy Revan, read his Lore. Nihilus could consume any force sentient being by merely speaking, so revan would be dead in seconds. The only person who was Capable of defeating Nihilus was the Exile, because she was a wound in the force just like Nihilus. When Nihilus tried feeding off of her he wounded himself because she's 'dead' to the force, yet still connected to it somehow. She's a void, and basically damaged Nihilus when he tried to consume her.

I don't like Nihilus. Lore states that only the exile could destroy Nihilus because she was also a wound in the force, so Nihilus couldn't drain her of life.

Revan wasn't all powerful, he disappeared into the Unknown regions and never returned - He died. The Old Republic MMO states that he is dead. He went to combat the true sith and never returned.

Nihilus couldn't fight revan because Revan disappeared - DUH. Originally, the mask Nihilus wore was meant to be a part of Revan's skull.
