They are. I had to reduce their attack stat, like SF2 Balrog.

I dunno if you've ever played Hyper SF2 or SSF2T with original characters, but yeah, they are quite overpowered. That was the time that they really didn't reduce damage on combos and stuff like that. Like classic Sagat's Tiger Upper does about as much damage has a Spinning Pile Driver, now imagine that being put into a combo.

The author of these SF2 characters made them accurate to the original SF2 straight to the high damage moves (Well, I haven't played Hyper SF2, but I did use to have SSF2T in the old days when I was young). The author also made several Fatal Fury 1 characters.
