Yeah, we were very lucky here. Emy thought it was bad, but this wasnt even a bad storm in St Louis, but I know it was much, much worse in many other places, including Roxas. I went throught the huge flood of 93 in St Louis, and sure I hope I never have to again, but if I do, at least Ive got experience.
We were there at that time on Mactan Island. I remember the Ferry sank about that time also.
