this episode was my favourite one. Mainly because their training consisted mainly of pushups, situps and pullups, and they are huge fuckers. They are bigger than most average guys you'll see in the gym. is it because they are black??not necessarliy, i've seen a lot of puny black guys in the gym when i used one.

i really like the show, but the constant repition of "yes, i'm brad", or "reiko, the perfect athlete". it makes it almost unwatchable. richard hammond for voice over is a great choice either, it belittles it somewhat and makes it come across like a lads mag.
