  • Hey Wickedsounz, just wondering what the mains connections were like on these guys. Are they attached to the unit or can you unplug them from the unit? If so, is it anything standard like kettle? Thanks

  • @BenmaVideos The connections are already wired to the unit. They came with a European style plug. I removed it and rewired it with a standard IEC plug.

  • I love how he narrates like a nature show host... we wouldn't want to make the PAR cans anxious, now do we?

  • Well, they are very shy creatures and I did want to upset them.:)

Because I have treated them well, they still work for me. More than I can say about some of my DJ's...........

  • really useful thanks.

  • i have a pair of there lights. how do i connect 2 lights on master and slave function. what dip switch setting should i use. thanks

  • Unfortunately, these models do not have Master/Slave functions. The DMX connections are for use with a DMX controller only.

    Regards,

    Paul.

  • are they very bright because I was thinking of getting the 64's. Do you think the 64's would be unneccesarily bright?

  • You will probably find that they use the same LED panel. The only difference being the Can itself.

Check out the Thomann 3D view of the Pars and zoom in on the LED panel, you can read the Panel ID's.

    Regards,

    Paul

  • How many cost those PAR 56?

  • How do you plug them in to a UK power socket?

  • Cut off the Euro plug & put on a UK one, or as I have, an IEC plug.

    Paul

  • Great demo... How about some more from Thomann's! You guys rock for the best internet deals!

  • hhh
