The evil camp commandant depicted in Schindler's list got a death sentence in real life IN A GERMAN COURT for the death of two inmates. You're right. But the soldiers are not robots, and therefore have a mind of their own. They have the ability to distinguish between right and wrong. I doubt that soldier would've accepted 'it is easy to say it here, go over there and say that' as an excuse if instead of some innocent Afghan taxi driver, it was his own brother/close friend that got killed by another army that way. Something tells me he'll think that's a ridiculous excuse for killing an innocent man.

As a veteran I have to say that while I support the men in women in uniform we all take an oath. This oath is to support and defend the Constitution of the U.S. and to follow the orders of those appointed above me according to the Uniform Code of Military Justice. I didn't see the use of torture every condoned or authorized in any of the UCMJ articles.

Suppose you are asked to round up Americans in America and put them into camps, would you do that because you were told or would you say "No" because you know it goes against the constitution? Have you seen the latest video of a US marine killing a 8 week old puppy? This isn't the first incident were they're killing animals, apparently there's websites dedicated to marines who kill animals and people. The scariest thing is that many of these people come back and go into law enforcement. This is Jeffery Dahmer type behavior and it's being perpetrated and encouraged by the government who later condemns when it's public. And another crazy thing is that this documentary is a whitewash.
