No matter your personal opinion on religion, this country WAS formed on the basis of Christianity. The fore-fathers were Christian. "Separation of Church and State" came later. The Bill of Rights says that you can choose your religion, and won't be persecuted for it, but that doesn't mean it wasn't founded on Christian values. G.Washington said "So help me, God." when he was inaugurated, even though it wasn't in the script. All others have followed. There are more indications as well.

The first false statement is that the 21 gun salute signifies the sum of the numbers of 1776, I gave up on the rest after I found you are just spewing urban legends!

Im not sayig that people havent assigned their own meaning to the flag Im just tired of people saying that there is a specific meaning, when there in fact, is not. The flag is folded in a triangle to distinguish it from other ordinary objects...and it just so happens that it usually takes thirteen folds to do so.....It was not my intention to offend but thanks for insulting me anyway.
I'm sorry, let me explain this, I am Former Air Force, My Father is retired Army, My Grandfather was in the Navy, every one of Us knew a member of the Honor guard or were part of it, everyone of us Knows this is taught to every one expected to tend to the fallen, you MUST know the history and details of the folding of the flag in order to understand and appreciate what you are doing for that Brother and his family.
@MasterFalin I welcome you to go to the Air Force Honor Guard website and look at the training manual if you dont believe me. Also on the website you will find the only approved flag folding script, which is the history of the flag. There is absolutely nothing similar to what this video shows.
