@totodile85 Nova gas is bull. No such Chem warfare weapon can cause Acidic Chemical burns, only blisters. Mixing Phosgene Oxime with, for example, Sarin will cause a reaction which will release HF, rendering the Sarin with no Florine making it harmless.

I've read online that nerve agents can enter your body through your skin, in addition to inhaling the particular agent. If that's true, are you really any better off wearing a gas mask?

@DorvellTStewart The nerve agents can enter the body in a lot of different ways but if the gas is only absorbed by your skin and not by inhaling its not lethal, it'll just hurt alot. But thats always better than dying.

Yes, I understand what you mean, BUT war is sometimes a good thing. We wouldn't have jet aircraft if it weren't for world war two, and many other things...Nuclear Weapons may also be useful for other things, I'm not sure what, and chemical and bio warfare is all together a scary and feared situation, that yes, SHOULD be banned, BUT, in a situation where you're practically screwed, it can help you out. Maybe because I have read about how nerve agents work, and have read the symptoms of nerve agent poisoning, and its effects on the muscles that are controlled by the motor neurons.

There are also survivor accounts about what the experience is like. It begins with headaches and nausea, and then vomiting and so on.

BUT, you should be aware that this dramatization is based on actual tests done on animals, and basically they die twitching and convulsing.
