Yes they do. And most of them even stay inside the pins which makes them heavier and harder to knock off the tables. We replace them when the round plastic ring at the bottom is destroyed and the pin won't stand anymore.
now thats a great idea for target practice

The pins are eventually destroyed but since they are made of solid wood and thick plastic they are surprisingly resilient
