Mid-size businesses? They were small, now they aren't, so they make donations to their congressmen to get more contracts set aside for them, and receive the same work they used to get when they were "small." They will only take away more and more contracts from small businesses. Saying they compete against the largest is just a way to get more thrown their way, without having to compete. There comes a time when enough is enough. The small business program works. Congratulations, they grew.
