Too bad you forgot to pick up the Container at 4:46. Once you realized the mistake (7:53?), since you had the Wedge, I think you should have done the Mantras, instead of backtracking for the Container and Medicine. You walk by the Container during the Mantra run (twice, I think), and at one point (when you read the tablet in the Inferno Cavern's hard-to-get-to section) you'll also be really close to the Medicine sequence.
