I understand your point but I think you've mistaken the satire of this cartoon. Most atheists know that most theists aren't like this, but it does point out a lot of the hypocrisy that can be seen in the Bible E.g. most christians are anti-homosexuality due to the bible but don't see a problem with wearing two different types of cloth (both from leviticus). That's a misconception. The Bible is and never was "the word of God" but a series of books which claimed testament to the existence of a single God. You will note, however, that not one author of the Bible's books provides any evidence more than their honest word to the existence of such a being. Some never met "Him" at all but rather a delegate of His (e.g. an Angel or sprite) and most only claim to have 'heard' rather than 'seen' "Him"

@eahazell I decided to put the full passages in the scroll bar for those who wanted to read them as opposed to just having the references which then becomes a google search. Some do scroll too fast due to the relative length of the passage and the clip but you can always start stop the video if people really wanted to read them.

I really enjoyed the video and showing the greater extremes of the bible but I am afraid your preaching to the converted.
I talk to some people, one who comes strongly to mind, who simply says I don't need to read the bible to believe in god.
Alot of the christian masses focus on only 4 books, all about jesus cause compared to the rest it's not as crazy as the rest of it.
I really enjoyed it, and you have put in alot effort I am afraid it will be wasted on those no in the know.

@Caladors My videos aren't aimed at any demographic in particular, they're more an outlet for my range of frustrations. My main objective is to get a laugh and sometimes when doing this I'm able to sneak in a message or make a subtle (or in some cases not-so-subtle) point or two. I don't expect to change anyone's view on anything but if I can make some a tad more aware of what's located on other side of the coin then it's a step in the right direction.

I understand your point but I think you've mistaken the satire of this cartoon. Most atheists know that most theists aren't like this, but it does point out a lot of the hypocrisy that can be seen in the Bible E.g. most christians are anti-homosexuality due to the bible but don't see a problem with wearing two different types of cloth (both from leviticus). It shows how ridiculous and disastrous the world could be if we DID follow the Bible to the letter.
