those where the days, the pills worked , the ppl hugged and danced, and hatred was out the window, way b4 the peace agreement we lot , the ravers , the poppers made our own peace that formed more love than anything ever could or ever will !!!
Nice words mate. I'd be interested to know - did the pills overcome even the religious differences back in the day over there? I bet they did man. What a beautiful and unique sub-culture we had back then. It won't be touched ever again. As sad as that is, at least you were there in it, as was I.
bro they did indeed even tho within our own communities we couldnt admit it , but i,m proud of myself and the ppl who touched my life and soul , us ravers and i mean ravers, it was a real life to us and cant ever be tainted, thanks for reading and understanding , and bro u ever get over to belfast look me up and we will relive our lives over a few pints and a lot of illegal things lol !!!
@Soulstorm9000 im a firm believer if it hadnt been for the pills wed still be at war,i rememeber seeing proper nasty people from both sides huggn it out at the weekends.that scene will never be repeated
we sold 450 snowballs at this one....and then WRECKED the fuckin car on the way home...ended up breakin even for fuck sake,ah well, it was 4 me the best hellraiser...
EXcellent upload jcbelfast , never forget my nights out up to Kelly's every month or so, i remember the prilgrimage up north for this one too ..........those nights out n the dj's (and the yokes! ) did more for cross border relations than any poxy politics ever did or will........Nice one .
take it from someone who was at Hellraiser 4 n remembers this set vividly, it needs to get back to this, the scene today is a mainstream watered down version of what rave should be! the generation today will never experience the movement the way we did. Faithless told us "God is a DJ" ....well i fuckin loved going to church!!!
anyone know the name of the first track at 45 seconds??
