@aartie oh! you really don't have to. Ashley is a bit extreme. You should know that the harder you beat the denser the weave, the lighter you beat the looser the weave. You really just want to make sure you are consistent. As you probably know the warp density is fixed and the weft density is dependent upon the weaver.

Thanks for the video. We are studying other cultures (3rd world) and today they talked about weaving cloth. This video was a good example
