+1 hit the nail on the head.....I have been a diehard M fan for as long as I can remember (own the E92 M3) but as a car enthusiast, one must give respect to the GTR; it is a superb machine.  I've never been in one....but they look downright menacing on the road! Point is, these are all fantastic cars, people waste so much time bickering over which is better/faster....they all have their strong/weak points, just ENJOY em!

@jacobwegleitner I hope your e46 is treating you well! I had a 2001 e46 325i (as if my name didn't give that away haha) for a few years and it was a blast. I strongly recommend that you look in to StopTech slotted rotors and Axxis Deluxe II break pads. They are nearly identical in stopping power as the OEM breaks but they give off *way* less break dust.

This M3 is the Ultimate Driving Machine. The track just seems to vanish in it's prescence. Perfectly balanced and poised like an F1 car. The driver is raw talent to guide and channel such power on the the ring so fast and so smooth with such precision.

@mateuszjankowski05 Oh no lol. This CSL doesnt have the same transmission. Nor does it have straight cut gears. The E46 M3 GTR has a 6-speed sequential transmission with a quickshift system and un snychronized straight cut gears. Hence the sickk whistle at high RPM.. That is what I was refering to. :D

Driving on the limit and accerelating in this car will spin it. And crash.

Also a stand alone engine management system, shot peened crown and pinion performance gear set with performance pistons and rods as well as more agressive cams. Idk the CSL as it is, was barely street legal. The tires it comes with say you cant use them when it wet, damp or even chilly out.
