@auaiao9 Not only can i modify the beer to my tastes, but it cost me around 22 bucks to make 5-6 gallons ( around 5 12 packs ) in around a month.. Just one day of brewing, fun day might I add.. and a couple of checks here and there.. then keg her up for a few days,, let her rip and enjoy..
nice video. looks like a great beer. nice trick with the keg. was wondering though...why didn't you just rack to the keg and dry hop in the keg if you were worried about the headspace? one less transfer to have to worry about something going wrong
@hattrick364 I was about to rack a brown ale into that keg, I'll be putting this APA into the keg when the lime beer kicks, which can't be soon enough..lol .. little disapointed in it.. but thanks for the tip... I actually drilled a small hole in the short gas tube for a fishing line to go into , to tie a hop bag, so i could dry hop in the keg....

Nice stuff. I've heard Tasty McDole say that he purges his beer with CO2 every day while dry hopping in order to agitate the beer. Happy HBW!
