what rofl u dont know what you're talking about parkour is a great sport that pushes the mind and body of the person that does it and its great exercise ive been doing it for 4 years but im nowhere close to these guys they have been very well trained i have to say and the flips where executed nicely and the high flips and jumps where awesome but later on that can damage ur knees and i mean gravity has no limits or boundaries look at how far and how high these guys did this its awesome 5/5

okay this is a good video no doupt about it, the guys in this video have seriouse skill, but this is not parkour its free-running, similar but parkour is the streamlined version, all about fluidity and motion with a solid phylosophy behind it, not fancy flips.
