  • "The fox has nothing... it's made of string" What the hell?! :D

  • "I have two guinea pigs"

    "Jesus"

    Comedy gold

  • These people complain about hunger.. and yet they fire their food through a canon.. how intelligent.

  • @1spaceandtime9 You do know that wasn't real, right? It was a joke created by the show. It doesn't actually happen

  • @michaelccozens Oh you spoilsport...dont go ruining it for the langers...its even funnier when plonkers believe it :D

  • zeburus

  • Good lord I haven't laughed this hard in months

  • twat, fucknuts and arse candle.15 yrs i've laughed at this..

  • "The women, they fancy you if they see you kicking the shit out of a weasel."

  • the fox feels nothing. it's made of string..

  • I can't help but think of the IT crowd when I watch the host.

  • that laugh around 3:40 lmao - literally the best show ever.

  • I'd link to the funny parts, but it's all hilarious!

  • @crazyboyxx But the onion was a newspaper long before this show was ever aired.

  • the greatest intro ever 1:45

  • 5:16 Harry Windsors real dad!

  • Libyan news? That's surprisingly relevant, seeing what Gaddaffi is doing right now.

  • genius

  • 4 people are cunts

  • Cows fired at Nato planes?

  • "You're wrong, and you're a grotesquely ugly freak. Thanks." - the best line ever?

  • Kenneth Clarke has a baby moose in a cupboard

  • You're wrong and you're a grotesquely ugly freak hahaha

  • "the fox feels nothing, it's made of...string" XD

  • I think David Jatt has to be my favourite Chris Morris creation of all time. :-)

I'd like to get interviewed by David Jatt on animals. :-D

  • "Just kick its face off..." HAHAHAHAHAHA

  • They fancy you if they see you kicking the shit out of a weasal.

  • Actually, The Onion was founded in 1988, so it almost predates Brass Eye by a decade. Not that it matters though. I find them both humourous and do not see the point in trying to choose one or the other as being better.

  • @airjoe49 couldn't have put it better me self. I like the onion for the american approach and I enjoy Brass Eye, The Day Today, and On the Hour for the british approach. ricky gervais put it brilliantly when it comes to humor from over the pond. brits use irony more and i love it but americans enjoy themselves more. great stuff all around, cheers!

  • brilliant, absolutely brilliant.

  • Dog whores sleeping with Charles Dickens hahaha.

  • "These vast cat-heads were built underground.....and seen by no-one."

  • David Jatt >

  • Chris Morris' voice at 8:40 is one of the funnies things I've ever heard

  • this is great. i wonder if the people who made Strange Wilderness got a little inspiration from Mr. Morris?

  • the running of the wasp. hilarious!

  • onion's been about since the seventies at least...........

The onion movie (74 i think)

  • hahahaha "prison's to good.. what about jail?"

  • you're wrong and you're a grotesquely ugly freak

  • @crazyboyxx . This does not predate the Onion.

  • I love that Paxman hands-up 'Thanks' thing he does at the start.

  • Washed it's little face before it died.....HAHAHAHAHAHAHA

  • Prison is too good.......What about Jail? laughed for ages at that lol.

  • The fact the office got more plaudits than this really goes to show how fucking clueless the rest of the country / world really is.

  • @blueluny easy there now, do you mean the american version of the office or the english....the UK version needs no hate as it went against all other sitcoms etc, the USA version is just plain rubbish

  • @lockoshamface The office WAS / IS good. But I'm just saying that this had more to say, and was harder for MORE people to understand and appreciate. To whit: Those that don;t like this, but like the office, probably don't know why the office is really good, and just think its cos of "that bloke what does the silly dance....hur hur"

  • @blueluny i totally get you and see where you are coming from, Brass Eye just would never be main stream "comedy"....its just too dark for mainstream imo but thats the catch 22 i guess right

  • @blueluny apples and oranges in my opinion

  • @noisyneil I love the office and extras. i just mean its shit that this, which is GOLD, goes unnoticed on the global stage.....

  • @blueluny maybe because the office is brilliant as well?

  • @blueluny Well, the office was good, however. I think the issue is that Gervais was largely inspired by those fantastic minds from The Day Today (i.e Steve Coogan and Chris Morris.) Two of the best satirists in the UK if not the world. I think the problem was that it was really aired at a time when it was popular only with niche groups. If it was aired today it would be HUGE but the question is, would it be as funny? Certainly wouldn't be risqué by today's standards.

  • @Zichiable You overlooked Armando Iannucci !

  • @blueluny hey, the office is brilliant. Don't be a moron.

  • @crazyboyxx the onion was founded in 1988 and this aired in 1997...so it does NOT predate the Onion. get your facts straight.

  • Christ, this is so embarrassing but I just can't stop watching! Chris Morris was awesome in the IT crowd and he's just as good in this~

  • Whore dogs.

  • 5:50 had me in stitches.

  • "The word 'cruel' starts flashing."

The first time I saw that I almost died laughing. Still has me in stitches.

  • a four-legged car full of chips...

  • i love the elaborate intro, so awesome :D

  • @crazyboyxx I like to think that The Onion spoofs CNN and the New York Times, while Brasseye works over Fox News and sensationalist journalism

  • Zeberahs

  • @weavehole i believe its Zeb-er-ers. :)

  • @blueluny

Oh I just like to write Zeberahs on any old comment board. I never thought it would be relevant. So close!

  • the women, they fancy you if they see you kicking the shit out of a weasel!

  • Chris Morris is a fookin legend!

Check out Four Lions! suicide bombers are funny!

  • In ancient Egypt, felines were worshipped because the Egyptians thought they were funny...

  • It was the combination of Morris in Gadaffi get-up and the "Blessed Action" subtitle that got me when this was first shown on TV.

  • 'They'll enjoy Somalia...but should they?'

  • 5:50 " the fox feels nothing: It's made of string" LOLERS

  • The word "cruel" flashes.

    i laughed my head off.

  • Oh my God thank you so much. This has been the first time in years where I actually cried from laughter! Hahaha. It was the pig scene that got me LOL

  • They'll enjoy Somalia, but should they?

  • Whore-dogs lol

  • the fox feels nothing. it's made of string

  • Zeberas, that just tickled me

  • So glad he got Carla Lane. She will burn in hell for her crimes against comedy.

  • Have you seen her website? She goes on about how brilliant her family were because she had an aunt who stole a chalice from the local church and she had an uncle who spent all his time writing to soap manufacturers to complain.

    Bunch of freaks.

  • intelligent stuff

  • intelligent stuff

  • ZEBERAZ

  • yes

  • chris morris as foster pann reminds me wierdly of gary lineker

  • I support animal rights, I support their right to be eaten by me.

  • @TashkentFox

    You are heartless.

  • Thanks!

  • Didn't they invented lolcats by accident at 2:30?

  • the body is left for the dogs and jackyls and possibly scorpions if they eat meat...i dont know

  • shut up

  • Ummm...no, it doesn't. I mean, I love Brass Eye, but that statement simply isn't true. You could even read The Onion online before Brass Eye first screened in '96, let alone the print edition.

  • *"prisons too good for them....what about jail"

i love that bit lol makes me laugh every time

  • What I love most is the fact that she nods sagely when he says it.

  • otters would be more vicious than a weasel

  • 6:14 "Is This Wrong?" Bahahaha!

  • Love the time lapses at 3.23.

  • we wouldnt want a girl to maule a dog either

  • this is so fucking funny

  • I agree this is funnier, but to be fair The Onion debuted its print edition in 1988 and first went online in 1996. This is from 1997.

  • The onion is unfunny uncreative shit. Brasseye is comedy genius.

  • here?

  • welll......the onion's the american black eye

  • @rangle72 agreed!! :)

And I want RIGHT/WRONG a coffee table as well.

  • anyone ever seen chris morris laugh?

seems strange that one of the best humorists ever doesnt seem to have the ability to laugh.

  • Never seen him behind the scenes, maybe he laughs a lot in real life but is an amazing dead pan comedian.

  • Seen? No.

He was laughing when he pranked a taxi driver on the phone, though.

  • just kick its face off

  • "Just before it died it washed its little face" Thats nothing. I used to have a dog and whilst on its death bed it admitted to sealing to stealing some sausages and asked me for my forgiveness. Needless to say I felt compelled to assist his exist from this world. Actually come to think of it that wasnt my dog

  • i had two guinea pigs......JESUS!

  • Morris you cocking Madman !!!

  • Wtf is at 6:10 ? Tell me that isn't a cat head sewn on to the body of a chicken.

    God I love Morris. :)

  • The fox feels nothing.

    It's made of... string.

  • Kick its face off.

  • If you were to graph animals abused vs. what makes people cruel vs. intelligence of either party, the results are so unreadable, you may as well draw a bunch of foxheads on sticks

oddly enough, when you do this, the word "cruel" starts flashing!

    ROFLMFAO

  • Chris Morris is a king

  • here, let alone... here?

  • You're wrong and you're a grotesquely ugly freak

  • I love how exaggerated the credits and other effects are. It's sadly not too far away from what I saw on the new tonight.

  • Every time I watch HardTalk on early morning BBC News, I can't help but be reminded of this.

  • The most commonly used animals are zeberras.

  • best show ever

  • so funny when the weasel falls on the floor

  • i would like to say to everyone who has commented on this - you're wrong, and you're a grotesquely ugly freak

  • They fancy you if they see you kicking the shit out of a weasel !!!!

  • the otter bit is class.

  • Haha, the woman at 0:23 is lynn from alan partridge!

Coogan's stuff's good, but chris morris is a legend.

  • ehhh the alan pratridge persona started on morris' other show the day to day

  • Oh no wonder they put a stop to this show... bit close to the bone. People might actually wake up and think the news is also complete and utter bollox.
