  • In tai chi one learns to stay rooted no matter what is happening to them. this exercise is based on staying rooted, feeling the other persons position and keeping their force away from your center. Once mastered it is impossible to overpower or even strike this person. It can be used passively to disarm an attacker and move them along, or actively to destroy them. No game, really.
