At first, I thought that gate security guard dropped those ball and chains in front of Ernest because, he thought Ernest said something wrong from 9:19-9:25. The other reason was that, before Ernest got out of jail, he mentioned the balls were the color blue at 7:54 (I think that's what he said since it didn't look dark at 7:54) but then the balls were black at 9:26.

At 1:24 and 1:33, what was that guy Lyle going to do with that knife while Ernest was arm wrestling that guy? Most importantly, I wonder how Lyle got that knife inside a prison facility since I'm sure before a police officer puts a bad guy in jail he/she at least gives the bad guy a cavity search to make sure they're not hiding any weapons anywhere or, I'm sure the police officer takes away all the bad guys weapons before they put them behind bars.
At 5:02, if Mr. Pendlesmith/Mr. P touched those electric bars then I'm sure he would have become polarized just like Ernest became at the end of the movie.
I'm sure Rimshot as a dog sniffed Nash and found out that he wasn't Ernest since at the end when Nash was pinning Charlotte down, Rimshot tried pulling Nash away because he knew that Nash wasn't Ernest.
(I know that Rimshot is only on the movies "Ernest Goes To Jail" and "Ernest Scared Stupid" but, I wonder why Rimshot is not on the other Ernest movies with Ernest where it does show Ernest in his home but, Rimshot is never seen).
Yes, I remember Pokey from "Ernest Goes To Camp." Also, Ernest had a pet goldfish named Jake on "Ernest Goes To Africa." Unfortunately, Ernest accidentally killed Jake by getting him blended in a grinder down Ernest's kitchen sink drain.

I doubt anyone listens to the band Mudvayne here...but they actually use the clip at 4:40 in their song "Fear". Go take a listen to it...they use it at the beginning of the song
I heard that song before, in fact, I actually on the their debut cd "KILL I OUTTA" and heard that part in fear I remember hearing that small part in this movie.
