  • Blah blah blah, fat is beautiful, guys love women with curves, bLAH, BLAH, BLAH. Fat women are fucking ugly and undesireable, period. Wrap your fat mind around that uncomfortable fact; stop making excuses---your video goes on, and on, and on, and on in a boring way. Fat people suck,,,,mmmmmkay.

  • It's funny to read everyone's comments. I am scared to post my own vids but if anyone wants to cam play with a cute blonde bbw, hit me up on yahoo: ChubbyPrincess09 or aim: ChubbyPrincess08

  • i like your video and attitude, and you are pretty and beautiful no matter some other people what think about you, you are Beautiful! People who keep saying bad things to you i think they have problem with themeselves..

  • God damn you're fucking disgusting. Your nose looks like a pig snout and your mouth looks like carp lips. I'm guessing you weigh around 300lbs. Fat is gross and ppl who are attracted to it have a bizarre fetish. You should never breed so you don't pass on your defective fat genes, which are holding back human evolution. Let's face it there's far too many of you land whales now days.

  • im a guy and girls look good thic chubby and even FAT!

  • I'm a guy. Ask most of us: WE FIND YOU UNDESIRABLE. You can question why and tell us we're fucked up, but it's biological. Someone in better shape than you would obviously be more physically capable of rearing offspring. Get over it and take responsibility for yourself. What's next youtube? Crackheads saying it's ok because they get more done?? Sheesh.

  • lololololol

  • lololol.

u say that health is different for every body.

therefore, you should also take note that, for some bodies - with small metabolism - two hours at the gym IS the necessary amount of exercise to keep healthy.

  • well hello mrs. piglet

  • Fucking stupid. Yeah maybe youre healthy now but soon enough your arteries will get clogged and your heart will pack up. I love how you skim over the fact it has impact on your joints. Fat people will be judged no matter what. It isnt hard to eat healthy and exercise- not all people losing weight go to drastic measures- the truth is you just cant be fucked to control yourself and get off your ass. You are a retard.

  • I freaking Love this VIDEO!!! GREAT F-ING RESEARCH!!! BRAVO! Anal Leakage=FAIL!! LOL

    You're Awesome!

  • LMAO Greasy anal leakage. I love you.

  • G.A.L. for short! Heehee, thanks Piper!

  • This is an INCREDIBLE video!

  • Thank you so much!

  • Just the facts mam.. love it!

  • Why, thank you! ( :

  • Very motivational message. I felt as though you were speaking to me.Over my weightloss journal, this is something I struggle to improve in my self. Thx

  • Thank you! I'm glad my own personal experiences with this can help others out. It's all about planting the seed in your mind that you CAN feel good about yourself, and then little by little, working towards that. Thank you so much for watching!

  • wow, i agree.. good video! i am being honest. i feel like i want to be very thin no matter what. and i been like that since who knows... for me i blame the magazines, society, and even my own family and friends. i hope things will change in the future about "weight"

  • *hugs* We all feel that pressure, and little by little, we can stand up to it. It's taken me years of work to appreciate the beauty in myself as much as I appreciate the beauty in others. The people in the magazines etc. ARE beautiful - they have a gift, but , we've been convinced that we are ALL entitled to/capable of that gift. Musicians and athletes have gifts that we admire, but we don't DEMAND of ourselves we be as good as them. Why are models and actors different? <3 Best wishes! ( :

  • Absolutely fantastic video!!!!

  • Thank you so much!

  • Im so glad i watched this today, i needed someone to tell me this, i really have learned a lot from you, Thankyou. x

  • WHAT A WEEK!!!

Vids on this channel this week were favorited 28 times (So far!!)

  • GREAT VIDEO! FAVORITE!

  • Wow, thank you! ( : I'm so glad you liked it!

  • Thanks for making such a great video - really appreciate what you have to say, because you make such a valid point.

  • Thank you for the great comment! I'm excited what I had to say resonated with so many people!

  • Great video, 5 *'s. When I began the 100 Day Fitness Challenge here on YouTube, I finally made the connection between exercise and health. By trying to lose weight without exercise, I was putting the cart before the horse. ((hugs)) Bravo!

  • One of the studies I was reading followed a group of people over age 60 for 12 years - regardless of body size, the population with the least mortality were those that were at least minimally fit! Which makes sense - use it or lose it, right? THank you so much for the comment!

  • Ugh those stats...but still, thanx for the info. Yet another great video this week guys, amazing.

  • I know - those statistics really highlighted for me that this is more than just a self-acceptance issue - it's about setting a good example for other women, as well! Thanks for watching!

  • That video was utterly fantastic. Thank you for making and posting it. You also reminded me that I needed to get my yearly blood work drawn. I will be going to do that one day this week. Thanks

  • Thanks Vanessa! I need to get mine done, too!

  • Stupendolicious!! A lot of people NEED to hear this. Awesome!!

Question...your numbers had to do with women in the beginning and in the side bar had to do with women was there anything for men?? Do men and women have vasty different outlooks? Has society put more pressure on women? Have men put more pressure on women?

Does this make the hill harder to clime with all of these expectations? From a man's point of view I would love to know!!

  • Just remember, excercise is not only for health. Going to the gym for 2 hours can give you focus, can be theraputic, can cause endorphins (ooh baby!), can give you a sense of accomplishment, and for some (me included) is a really enjoyable experience.

And a bonus....booties in running pants!! ooo la la!! ;P

  • oops, logged in wrong...last comment made be me! :)

  • Yes, I agree - exercise can certainly be therapeutic, and I certainly wouldn't fault anyone for spending two hours doing something they LOVE! I mentioned (though maybe not clearly enough) people who are making themselves do it for calorie burn - people who would otherwise like to be elsewhere, but feel guilty if they're not there to literally "work their butt off". I absolutely should have been clearer on that ( : It's all about joy vs obligation!

  • Yes, I am disappointed that this was so female-centric, because guys are certainly under similar pressures, especially specific sub-cultures. Because of the week I had, I vlogged from the sources and research I was already familiar with, and unfortunately those sources were very female directed. I hesitate to say women have more pressure on them than men - it does seem that women have been more vocal about it. Seems like a perfect opportunity for men to VIDEO RESPOND! ( ;

  • Hi Natasha - this is really FANTASTIC! I've favourited it. I agree with EVERYTHING you're saying. It's my absolute FAVOURITE vlog so far on youtube. xx

  • Thank you Em! I'm flattered!!

  • Bodies by Susie Orbach is a great book which deals with these themes. Great video! So true.

  • I haven't read it, but the name sounds familiar - thanks for the recommendation. I'll check it out!

  • Great video, some very good points and very positive too. I like the way you think.

    :)

  • Thank you! I'm glad it came off positive! I was feeling very drained from being sick, and I was worried it would come off more angry than impassioned, LOL!

  • I really feel sorry for the state of mind that led you to writing this. *Block*.

  • you're rude and unclever, no one likes you either ( ;

  • Awesome video thanks for soldiering on through your cold to deliver us this info...great research and delivery...I'm loving this series so many different opinions..and all entertaining. (yay an extra Saturday show this week!!)

  • Thank you! It's always good when we've been able to give people lots to think about!

  • I personally have mentioned how I have reduced my cholesterol and blood pressure. I know I have because I went to a Dr. and had blood work done to find out how successful I have been.

Practicing Calorie Restriction has made me very healthy.

I don't care one bit about body image, it is all about health for me, a smaller body is a side affect of eating and living healthy.

30 minutes of exercise 3 times a week is all we need to be healthy.

Yes, so it now, get healthy NOW!!

  • I'm sorry I missed that from you! I knew I was probably forgetting about someone who HAS done it, so I'm glad you spoke up! I'm guilty of relying on the scale, myself, and in making this blog, I've begun to reconsider my methods. You're a great example!

  • WOW this video was AWESOME Great job! Aweseome Awesome Job Natasha!!

  • Thank you so much! : D
