I just downloaded this new software and the only thing I was impressed was the fact that the keyboard now gives us a faster way to write by giving us the word suggestions. Beside that it sucks! The apps options are ridiculous! There isn't much of a difference with this software, I am so disappointed!!

I downloaded the Web OS 2 update today..... playbook app selection is fairly decent now but disappointed that it still doesn't have netflix or Skype. thanks for the update blackberry but please please get netflix app.

Os 2 now available with a calender, contact book, a new video store I would recommend. Getting the app called box its like cloud you get 50gb of free online storage not sure if it's new but it is to me

I LOVE my Playbook, since 249 is a HELL of a deal for such a beautifully crafted device. However, I have just 1 problem with it; the keyboard. Why in the name of sweet Jesus is it not placed like a regular keyboard (with the keys misalligned row to row)? Every physical keyboard and the virtual ones on iOS and android have it, so what made you guys decide not to?

Here we go again, this Bozo is talking like they just came out with something new to the world. Sir, my Android tablet, my iPad, my Kindle fire and my Nook tablet have had an email app from the moment they came out of the box. My Playbook does not and you said that the Playbook would have an email app last year. It is now Jan 2012 and still no email on my Playbook. NO Skype, NO Netflix, NO Hulu, NO Kindle reader and on and on. Go buy Angry Birds for the Playbook, it is $5.00.

Well here's your window dressing guys..they said the os 2 would fix everything and make the playbook something worthy in the market. Looks like nothing new and useful is on the way. No skype no android, etc and things that we really need. So BB has answered the big question.FEB still keeps this unit and the company in limbo for quite sometime to come. Glad i sold my tablet still. This ship is going down and this os 2 is just window dressing to commit more people into buying this PB.
