I can get into the predrift but once I wanna get back into my original direction (most of the time I end up getting spun 180). can anyone give me some tips?
you might find it easier in a different way to me but basically when i want to release the slide, i put weight onto my back foot only a little bit though but enough to give the front a little push to get it slide back to the original position.
to be honest the momentum from the slide with the slight push on the front should slide it back but dont be to far off the board because it makes it harder, watch how i tell you to stay on.
You dont even get close to getting speed woobles you dickhead... and if you had intelligence you would have realise I said anywhere around the front (not just where I put it) place it where its comfortable and if you do manage to get speed wobbles then learn to skate properly cause your shit.
@FLLongboarding ive ridden a few different set ups now and i realize that the stances verry to be comforable from board to board on my set up i have alota flex and get bounced and wobbles. so i appolagise for my comment
mostly from what i know most people don't have there back foot like that they have it point fowards and maybe look forward abit more so you no when you want t hook that slide back up
this is the basic stance i am explaining as i say this is the basic way and the easiest way i found it to learn, everyone is different so they are not sloppy its just different to what you do because i could say yours are sloppy from my point of view but i havent seen them and i do look forward? but thanks anyway :)
@lootsnoot10 the 84a wheels slip out a lot after you wear them out, but you can learn to control it. the 80a ones are almost the same but with a bit more grip. my friend has the 84a's and i can do 180 slides really easily, with the 80a its easy, but you have to push out more, its mainly a personal preference thing in my opinion
@lootsnoot10 try the 84a ones then. with the 80a ones you need to do slides with a good amount of speed to start with, but the 84a's just run smoothly. you could always try the yellow (82a) for a little more grip, because all the zombie hawg wheels are pretty slidy
For me they are brilliant wheels, they slid comfortably from the start and after about 2 days they started sliding really predictably and they round lip allows the smooth sliding, I have had them for about 3-4 months now and they only just started to slightly cone like a week ago if your not doing downhill with hairpin turns etc then the 84a are perfect for cruising around but still sliding when you want to and 80a were my old wheels and i liked them but i wanted slidier wheels.
Zombies do give you your moneys worth but yeah it is personal preference when it comes to longboarding stuff cause we hall like different duros, boards etc
nice vid where did you film it?
