  • Evidence against him:

He changed his alibi 4 times.

Artis and his alibis didn't match up when they were first questioned

His car was identified by 2 independent witnesses

His car was found a few blocks away only minutes after the murders

Ammo was found in his car

Multiple witnesses claimed Carter told them to lie for him

The lie detector examiner said he definitely was involved

He was never found "innocent". The defense was able to reopen the case and the prosecution chose not to try him again

  • @Kruezoraxe Are you trying to confuse people with the facts?

  • @Dealit707 Haha, at first I thought you were telling me I was mistaken. But now I see that you have looked into this case as well.

I will always confuse people with the facts :). Glad to know you are out there doing the same.

  • @Kruezoraxe your so stupid its not even funny..did you even watch this video???? watch it again

  • @lyfe1zruff Yeah, I did watch the video. It's propaganda and lies. Did you research the actual case and look at the evidence for and against him?

  • @Kruezoraxe It's great to see that people are doing their homework instead of blindly buying the Hollywood propaganda.

  • @Kruezoraxe If the ammunition was found at the time, why did it take weeks for it to be

    entered into evidence?

Apart from two career criminals and a drunken woman, who were the "Independent witnesses"?

Nobody is found innocent under the British Legal system used in US courts, innocence is assumed, never proved. the onus is on the prosecution.

Why did four Passaic County Grand Juries find no case against Carter or Artis before the Police did a deal with Bello and Bradley?

  • Echo echo echo....

  • alguien me dice el nombre de la cancion que suena al principio?? gracias

  • So what he had past for doing Crimes, that doesn't mean he murder those people back in the day. White people murder lot of blacks down in Florida and didn't do no time!! Check out the movie rosewood which is base on true story. Stop complaining about losing the country when your people stole it from somebody else!

  • He was a complete bastard when he was younger & did some terrible things. People who believe he's guilty like to bring that up. I personally don't think that makes him a murderer. I know some people who have done awful things in their past too but they got to a point where it stopped. I don't know whether he's innocent or guilty but I don't think just because someone has a bad past automatically makes them capable of killing.

  • @Lynsey38025Part2 When one lines up all of the evidence and fact, pointing to Carter as the killer,............only an idiot, or a fool, would call him anything but guilty.

People, including Carter, try to wrap the whole thing into a tight little package, were the cops simple had it in for Carter be cause he was a negro; which is bullshit. The cops did their job well, and "TWO" juries (with negroes), found him guilty.

  • Hurrican did his time and should have been left alone to live a normal life as a productive member of society. "Injustice anywhere is injustice everywhere" - Martin Luther King, Jr.

  • @militantx0660 What was the "injustice"?

  • The only surviving victim of the Lafayette shooting said in his dying deposition that Carter and Artis were not the offenders. Why would he lie? He knew he was dying.

  • @wjpollock Never happened. Carter is a sociopathic killer.

  • @wjpollock. False. What he said was that he couldn't recognize the shooters, not that Carter And Artis weren't them. That's a HUGE difference, and a classic example of how Carter supporters are willing to bend facts to suit their narrative.

  • @wjpollock Epic Fail. Four people buy Hollywood's bullshit.

  • 11:15 - 11:34 LOL. A license to steal? What a load of crap.

  • Before you feel bad for Carter:

    - He was arrested for assault and robbery at 14 years old.

    - He was court-martialed four times ultimately receiving an "Undesirable" discharge.

    - After being discharged from the Army he was arrested for his escape from Jamesburg Home for Boys.

    - Carter committed a series of muggings, including assault and robbery of a middle-aged black woman. He pled guilty to the charges and was imprisoned in East Jersey State Prison in Avenel, New Jersey.

  • @chessarama

A person spent half their life in jail "wrongfully" i might add..and thats the best you can come up with. smh at these ppl today

  • @chessarama doesn't mean hes a murder dumb shit you bringing up his past doesn't mean shit ppl can stop

  • @mikeeey47 Blah, blah, blah. Go back to school with your 2nd grade grammar, retard.

  • @mikeeey47 It's pathetic that you are one - since you're the one that brought it up. Ask mamma to lend you a dildo so you can fuck yourself.

  • @chessarama my moms dead..... fucking dick

  • Comment removed

  • @mikeeey47 Then I sincerely apologize for insulting your mom - that was wrong on my part. However, I still think you're a gutless, worthless, faggot. So, what I'll do is be the mature one and block you as spam. A little advice before I go: try getting laid because it'll make you less angry. I saw your pic and you don't look too good.

  • @chessarama okay well this is awkward you should know many people use this account sorry for whatever said what i don;t even know and thanks for calling me ugly in a nice way idc though so i won;t even fight back wadte of time and the guy who told you his moms dead i know him i know how he talks, he has a mom so idc what you said about him im sorry for everything have a good day

  • @chessarama .....and, don't forget the Muslim black women that Carter beat the living shit out of, for having the nerve to ask Carter about some money involving his defence effort.

  • When the police break the law, there is no law. Patriots all take notice. In American our right to bear arms is to protect ourselves and to police the governement.

  • Hurricane Carter was not a top contender at the time of the shooting he was unranked 7-7-1 in last 15 fights. John Artis was not about to attend college. He was out of high school two years. No evidence ever was presented he had a scholarship. The witness didn't say the men were not the killers. He said he didn't know. Carter's comments on race were made in NY. The killings were in Patterson, PA. No mention about the 12 gauge and 32 casings found in Carter's car. Those weapons used.

  • essentially the prosecutor bought their testimony. The prosecutor deserves to be shot dead for that kind of act.

  • ahhh the mystery witnesses who saw the crime while committing their own crime, this sounds pretty dependable

  • let he who has not thought about gunning down 4 or 5 cops cast the first stone

  • @ChannelingusXIV You're a sick bastard.

  • Google "rubin hurricane carter the other side". The evidence is pretty heavily stacked against him.

The movie, song, and this video is pretty biased to the point of lying.

  • This is very skewed. You can read the court documents and look at other evidence online. It does not support many of the assertions in this video.

  • Ruben carter is an inspiration to me .I read his book, saw the movie. Iwant to by the book but it is 300 dollars. I sure wish Ruben could at least make the book available through librarys or make the price more reasonable. I believe his story should never be forgotten. Thank you Ruben for such an example of great inspiration and hope.

  • @SuperJingo1 Are you talking about the "real" stories, or Carter and Hollywood's fairy tales?

  • @SuperJingo1 Always remember that crimminals support crimminals.
