  • @chipsturs your videos are awesome. i watch them at work. ive worked at a slow-ass movie rental store for 5 years and love collecting games and systems like you do.

  • @88skullkid Hey thanks for the awesome comment and I would have loved to work in a video store, I don't so much now but in the days of the PS1 and super Nintendo I was in Blockbuster video nearly everyday renting games, and I bet you do all the time.

  • A win32 console program which allows for reading and writing data to the iQue flash chip has been created using Cypress USB drivers and it is possible to construct a cartridge emulator for the machine

  • @Mr8Sk8 Epic info! thanks for sharing!

  • @Chipsturs no prob

  • You say "Mario" weird. It's MAH-RI-O, not MAYE-RI-O

  • @xkvriet lol i do ? i have never noticed and i will now have to watch the video to find out for myself.

  • @xkvriet no he doesnt he says it the same way we all do in the UK we say MA-RI-O instead of MAH-RI-O

  • i always thought this system was rather strange. it seemed cool yet too much of a hassle to keep up with the whole uploading and downloading games and stuff.

  • I still have mine.

  • Great review of a really interesting piece of Nintendo history!

  • There probably is a way to mod the SD card and just throw English roms on it. That would be cool if someone would take the time and figure it out. I'm thinking you could mod the SD card itself to plug in a standard SD card or something like that.

  • I dont know if i should get it since I dont understand chinese and I don't think there are any places to get more games on it in Australia or the US. Maybe not even in China any more.

  • @alaid257 Yeah this is the one problem with buying one of these, as games cannot be bought unless you the seller is from china and is willing to upload new games for you via the kiosks and it will cost extra to do so.

  • One last note, I dont know if u play the PS3 much or not but if u do u should add me to ur PSN, "PWheat23"

  • Thats a very interesting pickup i mean LOL

  • Thanks a very interesting pickup! Just seeing those games make me wanna pull out my 64 and get my game on! How is it that u find out about these rare items? Also, is ebay ur primary way of getting a hold of them or do u use different methods??? Great video bro! BTW, I am really disappointed with what happend toEnglands own, Dan Wheldon. : (

  • Wow! You've shrunk...again. lol

Interesting review of an interesting item I've not heard of:-)

  • @8BitROB lol and i think it will be happening alot more often as i now have a trusty side kick.

  • suprised by the dpad!!

  • Chipsturs is a legend. Really love your videos mate.

  • lol chinese dub in official nintendo games!

  • interesting system, I have never heard of it.

  • great vid dude and great to see ya back! keep em coming:-)

  • @robster604 So pleased to be back! it's been way to long, and i'm already making more.

  • @NintendoWizardHD it's about time lol and it's great to be back :)

  • You certainly have the nack with the green screen effects, very impressive. Also a great review as always James, keep it up.

  • @MrRetroNick Thank You Nick! i love working with the green screen it's alot of fun and i hope to contine to explore new possibilities by using this feature in the future.

  • what happened to 3d

  • @clashed13 I decided to make a seperate channel and start putting 3d videos on there it's called the "the3dvideogamer"

  • James,as always,a cracking video..great job mate.

  • @wetdtyuu Really appreciate the kind comment my friend :) Thank You!

  • I wanna play Star Fox 64 again after watching this. Cool review on a unique system.

  • @videogames101com Yeah i played it straight after finishing the review, i was playing the timed demo and it ran out and i was really anoid i just wish i purchased the full version. i'll have to dig out the n64

  • I remember you buying this a while back, I was going to buy also, but its expensive with added games. Loving the big cook little cook effect. Big Chip little Chip....welcome to our cafe......I know I know I watch to much children's tv! Lol. What's the quality like? Just as clear as original 64?.

  • @Ready03 lol don't worry barry i watch alot due to my niece and nepthew :) The quality is excellent and just as good as the original's maybe even a little better. and yeah it is a little expensive with the added games your quite right there i think one seller was asking $16 per game which isn't cheap.

  • @Chipsturs and is there not a way to put games on yourself?

  • @Ready03 I'm not entirely sure, the flash card which sits in the bottom of the controller holds the games and is supposed to interact with the docking station so you download the games. I'll have to do some research.

  • Nice to see that beard taking shape, James lol That's the first time i've both heard of and subsequently seen of the iQue but it's certainly an interesting bit of kit!

  • @bluetonic78 lol i tell you it's been a very long time since i've grown my beard and thank you for noticing :D

  • @bluetonic78 and it is very interesting Alex that is for sure, i wish the games were more easier to get hold of lol.

  • never even heard of this thing.

  • what an awful ugly and HORRIBLE controller design. reminds me of that awful xbox monster controller.

  • @AlirazaVideoGames Yeah it is very much the same size as that original xbox controller, i was very glad when they finally did slim it down.

  • Nice review man. I always enjoy the editing and great green screen effects in your videos.

  • @xxkomebackkidxx I really appreciate the kind comment mate! and i really enjoy using the effects and i will be using this method a lot more as it's much easier than using the sofa.

  • i will never get used to people galling the letter z a word. it just seems odd. hopefully people can do something with that usb to make it so can play other games.

  • @james42519 Yeah that would be really handy if you could connect it up to a computer and extend the catelog of games. thank you for all your comment James :)

  • oh sorry i was thinking Panasonic Q which is a gamecube/dvd player in japan. maybe i should watch the video before commenting >.>

  • this would be nice to have but really i wouldn't have much use for it.game systems to me are just for games and nothign else. dvd players ware for dvds. i played a dvd or 2 on my ps2 but that was only because my dvd player was having a little trouble. i don't want to wear the laser and stuff out on a game system playing movies. dvd players cheap compared to game systems.

  • Welcome Back :)

  • @Arturr0 Thanks my friend :)

  • I'm glad you got ahold of one of these James.

  • @Gamester81in3D I love it John, i just wish i ordered more full versions of the games available, as i love just being able to plug it in and not having to worry about finding the games in my loft...

  • Ha, I subsribed to this man a while back but I forgot about him because he hasn't uploaded in a while!

  • @ChickenConPolloHD Shouldn't be away for so long this time :)

  • Oh wow! Very neat! I feel like there is a Panasonic and Nintendo system that was very rare ,but it was like a game cube I believe.

  • @Unicornguy You are quite right it's the Panasonic Q

  • @Chipsturs Oh good. I would love to see a video of one of those in action. Its a NTSC-J system right?

  • i know this is purely legit, but damn when it comes to china it looks fake XD

  • Little James is awesome! LOL

  • @vintagevideogamegeek LOL yeah my trusty little side kick has been a real help so far, as long as he behaves himself as he's a wee bit cheeky at times.

  • never heard of this...now im mad i dont have one

  • @8bitmagic There are one or two on ebay at the moment :)

  • Wow, that's really cool! I'm glad to see that the commercial and fan interest in Nintendo still exists. Even though it's a dated generation, it still boasts some of the most enjoyable games ever. I don't think any game has ever had me laughing as hard as Super Smash brothers or Golden Eye in the PvsP style. Genuine good fun before so many people turned into selfish CoD stats-whores lol.

  • awesome review again!

  • @rbergman1979 Thank You :)

  • Great review! I see you also own the LCD version of Star Force, quite hard to find these days. Doesn't it damage your game boxes standing om them like that? :)

  • @P5ychoFox lol i make sure i tred on them very carefully ;)

  • great to see you back!

  • @simongale43 Thank You :) and it really is excellent to be back!!

  • Awesome review chips! I've not heard about the iQue until I saw gamester81s video on it. Quite a cool system and yeah, I kinda like it's compactness too =)

  • @PhatPhunk Thanks my good friend :) and yeah as soon as i saw gamester's review i added it quickly to the wish list! i wish i had more games with it though as it's so easy to connect up and use.

  • Any time I read the "more info" stuff, I hear it in your voice

  • awesome!

  • @TheGameCriers Cheers :)

  • sick animating good watch

  • @g00171227 Thank You :)

  • Lol, James your editing is fucking awesome buddy. great review

  • @Tonyippee Thanks a million Tony :) your comment ROCKS!

  • awesome editing!!!

  • @StormCloudReigns your comment is much appreciated :) thank you!

  • I have always wanted one of these but the high price and limited library always threw me away frow it

  • @SuperLeonification yeah if i bought one again i would make sure i purchase some full versions of the games rather than having to play timed demo's otherwise it's not worth having and yeah it is a shame that the catelog of games is so small.

  • Oh No! Somebody shrunk Chipsturs!

  • awesome!!!

  • @burnindriver900 Cheers :D

  • Dude your editing is awesome!

  • @DarkSphinxx Your comment is awesome :) and thank you for your support.
