Doing her justice ain't the point of this video. She didn't know more or less about FOSS than other normal people, thus many can relate to her answers (which are communicated in her most charming way). Those people who do know the answers and are into FOSS will very much enjoy this interview (especially if they are fans of Caitlin) and appreciate the fact that it helps spreading the word.

Free Open Source Software (FOSS) is what runs YouTube, and now its also being sold for ordinary people like us to use. Dell sells it.
