During the economic crisis, USA and Canada have lowered their budgets for almost every public service, yet raised the budgets of the army and prisons.

I would say that their job makes them the lowest forms of society, not their personalities. They need to find alternative ways to go to college or spread democracy.

If things were that easy, Id bet a large portion of soldiers would quit. Contracts can last up to 10 yrs.
