i now kno why they turn off randomly!!! the battery cover on the back gets loose and the battery falls out to fix this take a buisness card or thin(super thin cardboard material) fold it in half stick it on top of battery and replace battery lid and its all good! :D

One thing about wallpapers: it's easy to make and send one to yourself that looks like it was purchased. The picture to be used should be resized and/or cropped to 240x320 (the phone's native resolution) with Photoshop, GIMP, or some other software. Then, just e-mail the picture to [your number](at)vmpics(dot)com and save the picture in the message.

Also, are there even any available because on the website it's saying that games lite bull crap, you know those HTML Javascript pieces of junk. Is there a directory to browse games on the actual phone, or can you only buy the games that are preinstalled on the phone =/

hi :) the games only work in horizontal mode. As for buying more games i got on the website and i do see this stupidness about games lite. I guess there isn't any other way to get games unless you do this. I think you can buy the demos included on the phone because it asks me if i want to once the demo is done.

You rock. These videos help tremondously. I currently have the Virgin Mobile Oystr, the Marbl, & the Arc. The Arc is of course the one i use since it's the best of the three I've mentioned. I'm thinking about upgrading to this or either the wildcard. But anyways, my question is: Can you recieve ringtones, pictures, etc... from people via bluetooth? Thankx a million!

thanks so much :D i seriously do not recommend the wildcard but its up to you. lol. To answer your question i'm not sure...i know that the arc has bluetooth also, so i'd assume if you were able to send them through bluetooth on the arc you'd be able to on the x-tc. sorry if that didn't answer your question. If you contact customer service they'll be able to tell you.

thanks, yeah its just a better browser for your phone it lets you view full web pages. its free to use and download but you do have to pay to use the internet on your phone.

no problem :) the keys arent super loud when you press them when your texting however the vibration on the damn thing is super loud i was asleep and it woke me up and unfortunately theres no way to turn it down.
