Last I checked, it was a mistranslation and it was only saying they weren't adding anymore DS characters to what was already in the game. Which can be taken as we're only getting Morrigan and Felicia., or their are other DS characters unrevealed in the game (which the rumor lists worth any grain of salt consistently say Hsien Ko)
