i used to race go-karts on dirt and its so much fun! we used to get together like 2 times a mont and just race in a guys back yard on a nice dirt track!!! we once raced on this 1/4mile and we figed on we were hitting speeds of 60-70mph cuase durring qualifying i turned fast time with like 36.25
Thanks, we do have fun. However, we didn't get to run them this year at all! The track is grown over & it would be nice to make it larger, but it is not on my property.
Lol this reminds me of when my dad, brother, and i go dirtbiking! lolz ha..the go karts sound like Kawasaki my brother has...hehe rideing go karts, dirtbikes, and all those other MOTO things R fun! :D
I have one but I only race it on tracks like this with my friends. It is just as much fun as racing for real. I had a guy say he would sponsor me with 500 dollars to put his company logo and I basically laughed in his face and tried to explain how expensive it is to race go karts. Just because they are small dont mean they are cheap.
Yes! We have a good time just runnig laps & rubbing tires. Just a bunch of used parts we get a swap meets. eBay, etc., put 'em together & have a great time. Sanctioned racing is sooooo expensive. Thank you for your comment.

36.25 on 1/4 mile oval is an average of 25 mph......very slow

EXACTLY! That's why we get together on the weekends whenver we can. I'd like to try competetive karting but the expenses are too much!
