Of course it's not going to be smooth. It's a demo in a browser. The reason it was smoother on 4S is probably more because of the browser, not the GPU.

Im running android 4.0 on my Samsung captivate (galaxy s1). 4.0 has hardware acceleration in ui and browser i think but it ran this demo about like the gs2 in this video. I just think that android browser doesn't handle html5 as well as others. wp7 being the best at it followed by the iphone browser. This was displayed in another test with fish animations in html5. wp7 did best by far followed by iphone and android last. I guess having flash slowed prgress with html5 with android browser.

@Tom: The Galaxy S 2 was designed and built to run Android. I have this phone and it is faster than any other phone on the market. It made editor's choice on several websites, and was rated the best mobile device on Consumer Reports. You clearly don't know what you're talking about.

@PeartFan40 spec wise galaxy s2 is good. Build wise, it's a cheap phone, cant' deny that. Samsung wanted to mass produce so they had to use all plastics.

I'd love the Galaxy S2 if it ran Windows Phone 7. Android is just a horrible, unfinished, disgusting looking piece of crap and it totally ruins the Galaxy S2's potential.
