I did my phase 1 and 3 conductor training at the Norfolk Southern training facility in Mcdonough GA. We visited Howell Wye which has endless train activity and the Brosnan hump yard in Macon, GA. Norfolk Southern is a very strict run railroad and is run almost military style. They dont play around with safety!
please teach these gentlemen how to pronounce the name of our wonderful city....it is not Chat-Nu-Gahh the correct way to say it is...... Chad-duh-nu-guh....it is a common mistake that non southerners commonly make
I one time had a brand new set of NS steel coal hoppers that I delivered to North Antelope mine in the PRB the train ran great. It was kind of a odd set to see in WY. casue we usally wouldn't get there stuff up there.
what a long trains! In europe we dont have so long trains like you. In central europe trains have about 200 yards or less, but they driving in time delay about 15 minutes....
in the other parts of the dvd, my favorites were the two jb hunts, the roadrailers, A&WP 290, and the cute 3 and 5 car freights!!
