Radical Christianity is what this country was built on. Slave owners used the Bible to defend their enslavement of a people. And radical Christians like Ralph Reed, David Duke, and Jerry Falwell give Christianity a bad name. These are the Christians that Rosie was speaking of. Remember so-called Christians are the ones bombing abortion clinics and standing in the way of progressive thinking like affirmitive action and equal rights for women. Rush is never right about anything by the way.

As we must separate violent Muslim radicals from the peaceful Muslims, we must separate violent Christian fundamentalists from most peaceful Christians. Rosie's remark was directed at fanaticism in general. The world is better off if religious people don't try to hold the rest of the world to their own beliefs. That requires tolerance. It is the responsibility of moderates of a religion to hold the extremists accountable, because extremists twist the intent of a religion to their own purposes.

Rush's comment that liberals are liberals 1st & Americans 2nd is not only offensive, but also downright un-American. The right of dissent is one of the greatest rights we have. In his eyes, Freedom is a great as long as no one he disagrees with exercises their right to use it. If they do, they're not good Americans. He doesn't hold conservatives to the same yardstick; then again extremist politics is the same as extremist religion. Someone is always going to be labeled the "infidel".

Do any of you Americans even remember 9/ll??? It is a sad day in America when Christians are compared to radical Islamist terrorists and is chatted about on everyday television. Christians are not blowing themselves up on buses, trains, or mosques because they hate another faith so desparately. Muslim children are being taught to murder not just Christians but AMERICANS!!!! Well some of my best friends are Christians and im jewish. :)
Ive never meet a radical Christian.
But i would not feel threaten nor feel my life was in danger as with a ridical Muslim.

Yeah I mean i think that our religions in their essence are peacefull.As like Hindus and Buhdist.
But Islam is starting to look more as a cult.

I was raised bi-religious. Some of my good friends are Islamic. I do not fear them. I fear violent, murderous, radical behavoir which is present in ALL religions. I defend PEACE.
