Anybody care explaining the armor lock to me, I dont really get some of its finer mechanics.

@Demura145 Armor Lock gives you the best protection possible while in it you can't be damadged by anything, grenades won't hurt you, nothing will, if a vehicle rams you, you will destroy it or at least send it flying. A bad part of it is that it leaves you completely motionless, so your enemies could just sit there and wait for you to come out of it. If you hold it out for the longest time possible it will create a small EMP blast. There are ways of playing aggresively with it

@jakegoesforhawks Its an old habbit created by Ogre 1 and 2. It just keeps their thumbs moving so they'll always be ready for something. After that it just becomes a habbit and you cant really stop it.

Okay to whoever said that there are pros thinking this is the worst of the halo games or some shit like that u are dead wrong. This game actually takes skill to play correctly. I mean sure Asim did decently in this game, but that was because he played smart and used an AR and jetpack. Had he been using the DMR/Pistol I bet he would have gone much more positve. This is the second best Halo game. Only Halo CE beats Reach.

I played with Fear is Sickk last night and we had the same amount of kills and near k/d spread despite him grabbing both snipers. :P How is this guy pro if he's not on a pro team anymore? Not trying to hate, just curious. As far as the gameplay goes you need to shoot slower with the DMR, i like to shoot 4 times semi-fast and then wait for the bloom to go down for the last headshot.

AR needs more ammo per clip, DMR and grenades are overpowerd, and there aren't enouph health packs to go around. Halo: Reach has quite a bit they need to improve on b4 the final product is released.

RIP trick jumping. The dmr now equals the pistol so whats the point of having one. Fall damage, but not much. There don't seem to be any dmr gametypes like halo 3 br starts. Grenades seem a bit overpowered. And if Bungie touched my sniper I probably won't want to buy the game-Halo Wars would be better lol. It looks good though.

I just hope that the majority of h3 players stay on h3 multiplayer and not move to reach just because a new game comes out. Will h3 become the new h2?
