Bandai owns Banpresto. If there's anyone to sue, it'd be themselves. The argument over Huckebein/Gundam is about as pointless as the Coke Zero commercials. Maybe that's a good analogy, actually. Huckebein is the Coke Zero to Gundam's Coke?

we all know that Huckie is designed based on Gundam, so it is a fact that they are similar. But so what? it is still a Banpresto Original licensing. There is no point taking it out just because it looks like something.

Actually the "supposed" problem is with Bandai cause they look too much like Gundams. Which is really stupid, the only thing Huckbeins have in common with Gundams is the "V" like decoration sticking out of their heads. But, either way, Huckbeins are still in the game.
