Well, technically there was conflict… Kind of weak though. If Aang had been in the hospital for a few episodes, with his life in the balance, that would have been something interesting. It’s just so arbitrary to have Aang mortally wounded, in the hospital, than fine and attacking someone within the hour. Than on a date in the next!
