Im sorry i dont agree with you...might as well buy shell pistachios and make the dough from scratch...its takes 3 min just to measure out the dough and sift.Chk out joyofbaking1 for the video...soooo easy!!!

Little messy with the cutting. Should always make your dough from scratch. No short cuts and if teaching class, bake cookies until well done.
