I agreed with all the positive comments about Jonny Marr, the man is a genius, but let's not forget what a terrific bass player Andy Rourke was. Daniel catches his style perfectly and were this not a video one would be hard pressed to not believe it was the Smiths playing. People can talk about the sheer greatness of Hendrix and Page all day, but Johnny Marr was able to build soundscapes with his guitar like no other guitarist. Quite simply, inspirational.

Just checked out your channel again and hear this...... Daniel what can I say - you never cease to amaze! Beautifully emulated insight into Johnny Marr's layering technique of the guitar tracks evident on many Smiths songs. Produce wonderful texture and colour, but difficult to reproduce in live performances (unless you have several guitarists) or play to a backing track!

He didn't specify whether or not it was his D-28 12 string, but I think it's likely after listening to the recording.

I checked both "Suffer Little Children" and "Paint a Vulgar Picture" covers, and they sound promising, but I would love to hear a remake, something like the whole song played in both of them.

I looked over YouTube and yours are definitely the most accurate covers of both songs, it would me more than interesting to hear both songs complete, and with your amazing HD resolution ;).
