looking smooth. based on what i have read from professional, you should try to spend as little time touching the surface you are running on, done by focusing more on landing on the mid-foot and ending on the toes, rather than heel to toes. my guess as to why is to preserve muscle fatigue in the legs.
i'm not 100% certain on this as i am far from an expert, but just a heads up :)
the rest i am sure you have down, otherwise you wouldnt be going to so much effort to analyse your running technique
Not very pretty although you don't overpronate which is rare and good.
