wow I'm interpreting this song so much...

All the childrens voices in it bring me back..... I can see myself as a child looking off into the trees watching the wind sweep them side to side how they seemed just as alive as I was... Watching the birds fly overhead... the sand between my toes, the laughter of the other children as they went on playing.... How it felt like time was standing still.

Insanity. This song makes me sit back and just watch people and life go by. To me this song means that there is no point to life but to only stand in line and be like everyone else. That there is no point to life at all. We all just follow. Everything comes to an end so what's the point of creating?

I can see what you mean... Life is like that actually... Everyone is just "standing in line" But what I get from this song is we should step outside the line... not be like everyone else and create our own universe. Because things do come to an end but the end is the end and we are here now.

much of what you have percieved so far is gone today. Everything changes constantly and we as humans on this earth will vanish some day but.. Maybe the only reason life exists and we are faced with the constant duality of good/evil High/low Warm/cold etc. is to experience feelings? We are locked in this world with 5 senses and no real answer to any of the questions we seek. But maybe that is the reason? Without sorrow, you cant feel joy. And the fact that we will die makes us apriciate life.
