  • is Barr pro-war? If he is, I'm going to have a problem voting for him.

  • He wants to end the Iraq War.

  • watch?v=SzTozC3PCF4

  • As soon as he said we have a need to repeal the 16th amendment, everyone started clapping. Then, as soon as he says we need to replace it with the "FairTax," the clapping ceases. I love that! :D

    Down with the FairTax!

  • the fair tax is the answer. Christ. People want to live in a stable country but they don't want to pay the taxes to keep it stable. Why? Because they don't trust the government. But yet when asked if they want the right to over ride the government with a referendum voting system they don't want that. Its one or the other you can't have Nothing. otherwise you'll end up in a country like Russia or China where the wealthy buy out the country and put everyone on welfare. Which is whats happening now

  • Standing up for the 4th Amendment, advocating the repeal of the 16th, speaking out against the Real ID, and denouncing the nanny state. I couldn't agree more.

But he did mention a fair tax. If by that he means 0%, that sounds good to me.

  • For the primary, if he's on the ballot, that's all well and god, but for the general election that's pretty much the definition of throwing your vote away.

  • Not for me.

  • Well yes since he won't be a candidate in November unless John McCain is struck by lightning. That is a wasted vote, by definition. Why not Bob Barr who has been given the nod by Ron Paul to be representing his beliefs in the Libertarian Party?

  • Barr is a good man, and I'm sure he is earnest in his commitment. But the fact remains the only one I'm interested in for president is Ron Paul. He's raised the money, stood in the primaries, garnered a large portion of the electorate, and has not withdrawn from the race. I'm committed to Ron Paul for the duration of this election cycle, and I will not back down or change my position. Unless and until Ron Paul quits or dies, I wouldn't even consider another candidate.

  • you should vote for who ever you feel is right to vote for, don't let other people tell you otherwise. And if you don't want to do that don't be afraid not to vote.

  • you're a waste. asshole

  • a vote for a democrat or a republican is a wasted vote.

  • That's great, and all well and good, but I'm still voting for Ron Paul in both my state's primary and general election. RON PAUL for PRESIDENT!
