Hey Mate, How much oil are you running? By the looks of it you are running more than 310ml of oil per litre. Try running 275ml Of oil to a Litre. I had the same problem...
Yes, but it revved up high again. After a stripdown, seems one of the main seals had popped out slightly - also the 'squish' was out, the combination of the two resulting in the engine dieseling!

I have just got one of these engines and when i seen it run it done this too but could it have just been the air in the fuel pipe ?

If it revs up by itself, then check your crank seals! If it just diesels, then check both your 'squish' and your plug grade.
