Now that Norm has retired and New Yankee Workshop is off the air, we need a new woodworking show for younger viewers and those just starting out today. At $25 each, buying a complete set of plans and videos with all the tips & guidence from the old television show would cost thousands.
I heard he was the only fella that could keep Bob Vila from losing his monster temper. It's a shame Norm that you had to babysit that fella. Thank God you broke away.
I was there; he signed a tape measure and a magazine for me. He was there for quite awhile. I asked him to make a "bloopers" video; he said that there really aren't many. I think that's because he makes a prototype before each project to work out all the bugs for us. Go Norm!! He's the reason I have a 3-car garage all full of woodworking machinery and tools, and there's no room for my car.
I was there! He signed a measuring tape for me. I went from Corona to Orange after work. He stayed for quite a long time. I asked him to publish a "bloopers" video but he said there there really aren't very many. I think that's because he builds one prototype before each show to work out all the bugs. That's why there's usually two of each project. Go Norm!! He's the reason my 3-car garage is all full of woodworking equipment and there's no room for my car.
@ChrisMorxah67
Yeah.. It was all worth a penny! I am very
much pleased with it. I have made such
perfect beautiful box with nice detailed
on it. Really thankful to that program
offered by the site:
TopWoodWorking.info
cause it shared me a lot of techniques
and stuff that I must learned throughout
the project. Highly recommend it!
