You'll be woken up by a blood curdling scream that sounds like a human being tortured, and then you realize its a cat and figure out a fox must be getting it, and then you just have to wait for it to stop.

So cats deserve to go out? NO. Dogs, cars, other cats, foxes, coyotes, large birds of prey, feline diseases. Cats deserve to be kept INSIDE safe and sound

It is completely irresponsible to allow cats to roam outside not on a leash when they can be attacked by dogs, be poisoned or hit by cars. People really need to use their common sense.

I live in the city and wouldn't dream of allowing my cat out without being on a leash it would be a death for him, between the busy streets, dogs that aren't on leashes and possible poisoning.
