I think an invitation was there today... I tried to relax my story and my mind, it worked for a bit as theres this fear rising in me, like I didnt want to lose myself. I kept telling myself to surrender to it. My heart began to thump real fast... I knew it somehow that IT is inviting me to surrender but I just couldn't do it.... Now I'm back to my personal self and dont know if I have the courage to see and be the truth... What should I do?

@KarameloKaramelo the problem is you are stuck in the minds projections, keeping you on a hamster wheel. Keep running, chasing, seeking through projections and the projection wheel will never stop. Slow down, stop and the wheel will stop. Only when you do this will you know rest, relaxation, neutrality, peace of mind again. Whats left is not a projection but instead what is here. the now
