i mounted my sonic jam.cue file opend the cd drive from the emulator then closed it but it still says driver empty. i have the bios i can see the screen with the menu. i just want to play sonic jam DAMMIT!

this is to all that have a balnk start up for this emu. not seeing the epic bios was really pissing me off too, and i found no fixes. all you have to do is reselect the bios under the "options" menu, and it should boot up every time, you dont need "all the bios" lol its just some program error, it decetcs the bios, but not enough until you actually select them. cheers! =]

when I start my SSF up. It's just a black screen. I don't even have the start up screen. I have the SEGA BIN file in the correct spot and when I try to load games up thru Daemon tools.....it brings up a window asking if I wanna play the music files thru windows media player. I'm lost....

I have a problem, I'm trying to run Tomb Raider 1 on SSF sega saturn emulator but it freezes at the introduction of the game and it doesn't have sound. How can I solve this problem?

Not all are cue files, some are iso or cdi. You can put them anywhere you like as long as you mount them.

Thank for the tutorial, but just one thing when it shows your SSF screen hoe come i do not get that screen. My screen just says File, Harware, options, and then the screen is black???? What do I do???

Check that you have chosen the BIOS and set the area code to the correct region.

Thanks for the tutorial, worked for me and the game runs without any problems, however, it seems to lag a lot and skip (kinda like on your previous video explaining how 2 run it) because of the recording software, im not sure if its my computer or any settings but if you could help out that would be great, thanks again.

Try closing some apps that are not needed, the more resources you free up the better it will perform, at least a little. Also try setting the EZ Settings to low and see how that plays.

Not all games are compatible, you can do a search for a compatibility list.

I found that some cue files work, mainly I use ISO or CDi files.

ive fixed it works fine with the isos that you can run trought deamon,only no sound that the strange thing.

Have not had this problem, try different games, the image might be corrupt. Check settings too.

first of all thanks for the tutorial...I've been trying to run a game(mk2) following your instructions and it works.My only probelm is that it is veeery slow at some points.why is that?Is it the bios?I have a pretty strong machine and it should run it fine.Any ideas?

Most emulators for don't run at 100% yet, so it might be the actual program. Try setting the EZ Settings to low and closing some apps down that you don't need. The less apps running the more freed up resources.

okay man i am able to start up at the bios screen alright now once i download a game do i have to put on a disc or can i just mount it to my drive because i am also using daemon tools and once i downlaod a game where do i put them. thanks.

You can put the games anywhere you want, you don't have to burn em to disc you can mount them and play them through daemon tools.

Haven't had this issue, try downloading the program again. Also try to keep program integrity with the files, meaning keep BIOS and other files within the same folder as the program.

You should be able to run the either the bin or cue file using Daemon tools.

The games might not be compatible with this emulator. Not all games will play.

I've gotten some messages with certain games. Not all games are compatible so you should try different games and see what that does for you.

On Daemon Tools you have to specify how many virtual drives you wanna create. 1 is sufficient. After that once you open the program it should be able to recognize it and allow you to choose it under the drive drop down menu.
