I think you meant Dumbbells and not barbells, and the arm exercises are actually shoulder exercises:) lol but you do get an A for effort. I do fitness vids check out my channel sometime! for a laugh or two.

Ok thanks, b4 my son I was always small in the 115 to 123lb range I am 140 now, Most times I don't think I look it but its in my thighs, stomach & love handles I can camouflage it well. But I have never had curves unfortunately (hips or butt) except when I was pregnant. I'm hoping by following your exercises I get a lil curves, currently I just power walk to try and burn fat from the sections I mentioned above. It's great the way u stick tour life health goals, it definitely inspires me. Thank u
I been the same excect weight for 8 years I am 21 .I set a range of weight it 5-10lbs from 115lbs, I allow myself to gain,usualy in the winter time and work it off from Feb-March .I work out anytime I need to stay tone as well. I like to have just right amount of muscle and keep my curvys.

I think it depends on the body it self .I seen some people who had couple of kids and they mange to get a tight stomach again. Also you have to work different angles of the muscle not just the basic ones especial!!!! as a female who want to gain curvy figures .That why you do multiply workouts to narrow the waist line and keep the stomach tight.
thanks every one.If I trying to get tone I will do it 4 times a week every other day :I do differnt combnation of the 2 workout and if I tryin to lose weight I add a cardo activity to burn more calories and sometiimeI do usually when weather warmer.I jump rope or run ride bike etc.
