I really love blacklights, and is that a Lampi? I have a Lampi that is made in the USA, and I got from an estate sale on its very last day.

most of the fluorescent lights Ive seen are preheat, However at my elementry school 4 years ago the fluorescent lights were intant light not preheat same with the ones in the courthouse are instant too

Nice. Good to see a nice preheat start blacklight being used. All the ones they sell at the stores have these boring electronic ballasts in them that start instantly and die if a burned out tube is in the fixture too long. Its much more fun to see the tube blinking, and for the ballast to still last through many a burned out tube
