Wish I had seen this before i made the same mistake. IF you are even remotely looking at booking with these clowns please be advised- it's a NIGHTMARE- they are cut from the same low sleezy business fabric as Rupert Murdoch. Guy I dealt with was fom Poland~ spoke broken English & basicallt lied point blank- Low Prices = Easy getting YOUR money ~ good luck getting it back SUCKER!!!

Great man.. These assholes left me for 10 hours in Portugal missed my connection then charged me 150 quid for one the following day!! Then it was late too. The baggage staff at gatwick told us To "fuck off" after we waited 1 hour 15mins. All Easyjet would say is.... nothing Why dont they give a shit?

the worst airline in the world... left me stranded and havent refunded me (as of yet), dont answer phone calls, don't reply to customer service emails and their online form for complaints is a joke. Accepted my money with my login ID but for some reason find it hard to accept my complaint with the same ID... merry xmas!

I work for Easyjet, I don't own them. However, the Ski's............other passengers have to subsidise the carriage of these if they were to carried free.

I just happened across your video, in the grand scheme of things I don't care about your predicament. If it happened to me I'd have taken up legal proceedings if I found I had been mislead.
